She has been taking classes for over 20 years and has even started her own business, selling her handmade ceramics online and at local markets.

Some of the notable art venues she visited during these field trips include the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), the Guggenheim Museum, and the Whitney Museum of American Art. These visits not only exposed her to various art movements and styles but also sparked her interest in exploring different mediums and techniques.*

She was accepted into the fine arts program, which was a more general program that included art, design, and other disciplines.
