    We discuss our progress and share our findings to help each other grow. On Wednesdays, we push ourselves to the limit by exploring new techniques and challenging ourselves. We learn about various art forms and mediums and practice incorporating new skills into our work. On Thursdays, we focus on creating art that is meaningful to us, exploring themes that resonate with our lives. We reflect on our experiences, emotions, and thoughts, allowing ourselves to tap into our creativity and imagination. On Fridays, we share our finished pieces with each other and receive feedback and encouragement. This supportive environment allows us to take risks, experiment with new ideas, and build confidence in our abilities. The community we have created is built on trust, respect, and a desire to learn and grow together. We have a common goal of developing our skills and pushing ourselves beyond our comfort zones. This group environment is a catalyst for growth, allowing us to support each other in our artistic journeys.

    Tuesday Night Drawing Club — Coffee Mug: Feb. 25, 6 p.m., $10. Hutchinson Center for the Arts offers the occasional workshop. Registration is required in advance, as space is limited. Register online at hutchinsonarts.org/classes. Foundations of Watercolor: Feb. 6, 13, 20 and 27, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., $120. This four-session class will include watercolor processes, subject selection, color theory/mixing, brush control/techniques and adding in other media with watercolor. Class fees include a watercolor set and travel paintbrush for each participant. Milan Village Arts classes have been scheduled with the complete schedule on the website. Members receive a discount on tuition. Supply fees are paid to the instructor at the end of class. The cost is $15 and the class will be held on February 9th at 1 p.m. You can register for the class by calling the community center or visiting their website.
